State Clustering and Declustering of 3-Regular Graphs with Structural Rewriting

چکیده
We consider a variant of graph developing system and show various behavior with one type of graph-rewriting. This system is based on rewriting of 3-regular graphs with two possible states per node. We focus on a simple case of fixed number of nodes. The development processes include interaction among rather stable subgraphs. Some simple behaviors, such as clustering and declustering of states, are shown by simulation.

On external presentations of infinite graphs
The vertices of a finite state system are usually a subset of the natural numbers. Most algorithms relative to these systems only use this fact to select vertices. For infinite state systems, however, the situation is different: in particular, for such systems having a finite description, each state of the system is a configuration of some machine. Then most algorithmic approaches rely on the s...
متن کاملDeclustering Spatial Objects by Clustering for Parallel Disks
In this paper, we propose an eÆcient declustering algorithm which is adaptable in di erent data distribution. Previous declustering algorithms have a potential drawback by assuming data distribution is uniform. However, our method shows a good declustering performance for spatial data regardless of data distribution by taking it into consideration. First, we apply a spatial clustering algorithm...
متن کاملD-Spectrum and D-Energy of Complements of Iterated Line Graphs of Regular Graphs
The D-eigenvalues {µ1,…,µp} of a graph G are the eigenvalues of its distance matrix D and form its D-spectrum. The D-energy, ED(G) of G is given by ED (G) =∑i=1p |µi|. Two non cospectral graphs with respect to D are said to be D-equi energetic if they have the same D-energy. In this paper we show that if G is an r-regular graph on p vertices with 2r ≤ p - 1, then the complements of iterated lin...
متن کاملThree Equivalent Codes for Autosegmental Representations
A string encoding for a subclass of bipartite graphs enables graph rewriting used in autosegmental descriptions of tone phonology via existing and highly optimized finite-state transducer toolkits (YliJyr 2013). The current work offers a rigorous treatment of this code-theoretic approach, generalizing the methodology to all bipartite graphs having no crossing edges and unordered nodes. We prese...
متن کاملGraph Clustering by Hierarchical Singular Value Decomposition with Selectable Range for Number of Clusters Members
Graphs have so many applications in real world problems. When we deal with huge volume of data, analyzing data is difficult or sometimes impossible. In big data problems, clustering data is a useful tool for data analysis. Singular value decomposition(SVD) is one of the best algorithms for clustering graph but we do not have any choice to select the number of clusters and the number of members ...
